Return and Refund Policy for Kuumba-Nia Productions

At Kuumba-Nia Productions, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.  We want you to be completely satisfied, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to encourage a positive shopping experience. This policy applies to tangible products, not services.

Returns

We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for digital products or services.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at kuumbaniaproductions@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with a new one.

Shipping Costs

 Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. No shipping charge will be applied for defective or damaged items being returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item with your order number and a description of the issue for a refund and place a new order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
